RH 4-8 floor lamp belongs to the PH family and the tree shield system whose principle was developed during a few winter months 1925-1926 for a large exhibition hall in Nordic. “The real innovation in the PH lamp is that it produces lighting that is both blunt and economical.” The luminaire has been designed based on the principle of a reflective three-shade system that directs most of the light downward.
